PAYMENT

Upon the purchase, there are two ways of payment: Pay by delivery in the territory of Serbia and via PayPal for all other destinations.

Pay by delivery includes delivery by courier service Post Express and shipping is included in the price. Your payment is handled by PayPal with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Also, there is no extra charge for payments and shipping is included in the price. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, BUDISLAVA Store may automatically cancel your order.

PLACANJE

Prilikom kupovine, postoje dva nacina placanja: pouzecem na teritoriji Srbije I putem Paypala za sve ostale destinacije.

Placanje pouzecem podrazumeva isporuku kurirskom sluzbom Post Ekspres I slanje posiljke je ukljucenao u cenu.

Placanje koje se vrsi preko PaiPal –a, ima sigurnosno sifrovanje i pod strogim je bankarskim standardima. Takodje, slanje posiljke je ukljucenao u cenu. U slučaju da uplata nije primljena nakon podnošenja vašeg naloga, BUDISLAVA Store može automatski otkazati vašu narudžbinu.

ORDERING

Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise as a result of ABO suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. ABO holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel ABO to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.

All products remain in ABO property until full payment is made.

PORUCIVANJE

Porudzbine napravljene na ime drugog lica bez njegove saglasnosti, ili na drugi nacin, koje kao rezultat BUDISLAVA Radnji naprave ekonomsku stetu, biće prijavljene policiji. BUDISLAVA Radnja ima pravo da menja cene, ispravlja pogrešne cene po svim porudžbinama kao i kod konačne prodaje. Ako je cena očigledno netačna, to može dovesti BUDISLAVA Radnju da otkaže kupovinu i uradi povracaj na najbolji način. Ovo se moze izvesti u bilo kom trenutku. Svi proizvodi ostaju u posedu BUDISLAVA Radnje do potpunog placanja.

DELIVERY

BUDISLAVA Store ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services (Post of Serbia) and their partners in other countries around the world. Post of Serbia shipping method includes the tracking number.

Once your order and payment are received, you will be notified that your order has been shipped. You will also be provided with the tracking number. You can "track and trace" your order anytime you like. Your order should reach you in 7 to 21 working days.

All deliveries in the territory of Serbia also operate according to the same principle, except that in the case of payment by the delivery, confirmation of payment is received only when the package is recived, in the form of a fiscal receipt in the package itself.

Please also note that Serbia is not member of European Union and all duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check import duties and fees in your country before place an order.

ISPORUKA

BUDISLAVA Radnja, robu salje sirom sveta. Isporuke se vrse u saradnji sa postama (Pošta Srbije) i njihovim partnerima u drugim zemljama sirom sveta. Postupak poste Srbije ukljucuje broj za pracenje. Kada primite nalog i potvrdu placanja, bićete obavesteni da je vasa porudbina poslata, a takođe ćete dobiti broj za praćenje. Vaša porudžbina treba da vam se dostavi u roku od 7 do 21 radnih dana.

Sve isporuke na teritoriji Srbije takodje funkcionisu po istom principu, osim sto se u slucaju placanja pri pouzecu, potvrda o placanju dobija tek prilikom prispeca paketa u vidu fiskalnog racun u samom paketu.

Napominjemo da Srbija nije clanica Evropske unije i da su sve obaveze i porezi nastali u zemlji odredista odgovornost klijenta. Preporucujemo da proverite uvozne dazbine i naknade u vasoj zemlji pre porudzbine.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have the right to return/exchange any/all BUDISLAVA Store products you have purchased directly from our website within 15 days of receiving the item.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.
If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be issued -
If you want a different item, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
You will be responsible for all the cost of returning any items.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
BUDISLAVA Store does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you without refund and you will get the proof in a form of picture of the damaged item.

POVRACAJ ROBE I REFUNDIRANJE

Imate pravo da vratite -zamenite bilo koji-sve BUDISLAVA Radnja proizvod, koje ste kupili direktno sa naseg sajta u roku od 15 dana od prijema artikla.
Sva roba će biti pregledana po povratku. –
Proizvod (i) mora biti neiskoriscen - u originalnom pakovanju sa etiketama i zastitnim nalepnicama netaknut i jos uvijek u istom novom stanju kao i kada je proizvod primljen.
Ukoliko je roba van zaliha u velicini ili boji za koju ste se odlucili, onda ce se izvrsiti povracaj novca.
Ako zelite drugi artikal ili artikal drugacije cene od one po kojoj ste kupili originalni proizvod, onda cete morati da vratite artikal, sacekate povraćaj novca i napravite novu porudzbinu.
Vi ste odgovorni za sve troskove povracaja bilo kojeg predmeta.
Roba je vasa odgovornost dok ne stignu do naseg skladista, pa se uverite da je ispravno spakovana i da se ne moze ostetiti u putu!
BUDISLAVA Radnja ne preuzima odgovornost za bilo koji artikal izgubljen tokom povratka.
Uverite se da koristite postansku uslugu koja vas osigurava za vrednost predmeta koje vracate i trazite o tome potvrdu.
Mi nismo odgovorni za bilo koji predmet koji nam je vracen greskom.
U slucaju da nam je neki predmet vracen u neadekvatnom stanju, poslacemo vam ga nazad bez refundacije i dobicete dokaz u obliku fotografije pristigle ostecene stvari.

PARTIAL REFUND

-In the case that a refund is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Client.

-The cost of return shipping, depending on the article, is from15-35€, plus the cost of import fees.

In case of a return:

1. If the package is unopened (you decide not to receive the package) you will receive a refund of the initial amount reduced by a total of 20€ custom costs plus 15-35€ shipping costs.

2.If the package has been opened (if you unpacked the package and then decide to return it, exchange your order, etc) , you will receive a refund of the initial amount reduced by a total of: 38€ custom costs plus 15-35€ shipping costs.

This amount will be deducted from the final refund.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by BUDISLAVA Store.

Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.

All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

Shipping fees and import fees of the order are non-refundable.

DELIMICNI POVRACAJ

-U slucaju da se zahteva nadoknada, troskovi isporuke i bilo kakve uvozne takse su odgovornost Klijenta.

- Cena posiljke za povrat, u zavisnosti od artikla, iznosi od 15-35 €, plus troskovi carine. U slucaju povracaja:

1. Ako paket nije otvoren (odlucite da ne primate paket), dobicete povracaj pocetnog iznosa umanjenog za ukupno 20 € carine plus 15-35 € troskova isporuke.

2. Ako je paket otvoren (ako ste raspakovali paket a zatim odlucili da ga vratite, zamenite porudzbinu itd.), dobicete povracaj pocetnog iznosa smanjenog za ukupno: 38 € carine plus 15- 35 € troskova isporuke. Ovaj iznos cce biti odbijen od konacnog povracaja. Refundacija cce biti obradjena cim se vraceni predmeti provere i prihvate od strane BUDISLAVA Radnje. Nalozi placceni putem PayPal-a ce biti vraceni na originalan racun. Svi povracaji ce se izdati u istoj valuti kao i originalna kupovina. Bilo kakve razlike u vracenom iznosu su posledice fluktuacije deviznog kursa i necce biti nadoknađene. Troskovi isporuke i carine na nalogu su nepovratni.

WARRANTY

The warranty for the BUDISLAVA Store items is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge. If the product is returned during the warranty period, BUDISLAVA Store will repair or replace defect, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned.

In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, BUDISLAVA Store reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

All items that are returned as faulty are thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts to deem whether an item is faulty or whether it is fair wear and tear. We may be able to offer to repair your item but please note that repairs are not guaranteed.

If in the rare event that your item is faulty due to a design error, we may be able to replace your item. Replacements are subject to availability.

BUDISLAVA Store will not honor any warranty claims for products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

BUDISLAVA Store does not cover:

Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, tears, crushing, damage during improper dry cleaning or ironing etc.)
Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging.

GARANCIJA

Garancija za proizvode BUDISLAVA Radnje, vazi za period od dvanaest (12) meseci od datuma kupovine. Po isteku garantnog perioda, svaka popravka ce biti naplacena. Ako je proizvod vracen tokom garantnog perioda, BUDISLAVA Store popravlja ili menja nedostatak, bez dodatnih troskova, u razumnom roku, nakon sto se proizvod vrati. U slucaju neispravne ili ostecene robe, BUDISLAVA Radnja zadrzava pravo da zatrazi fotografsku podrsku u vezi sa neispravnim artiklom pre nego sto odobri povratak nadoknade. Svi predmeti koji su vraceni kao neispravni, nasi strucnjaci za kontrolu kvaliteta detaljno provjeravaju I utvrdjuju da li je neki proizvod neispravan ili je to do redovnog trosenja/upotrebe artikla. Mozda ćemo vam ponuditi da popravite svoju stavku, ali imajte na umu da popravke nisu garantovane. Ako je u retkim slučajevima vaša stavka pogrešna zbog greške u dizajnu, možda ćemo moći zameniti vašu stavku. Zamene zavise od dostupnosti.

BUDISLAVA Radnja neće uzimati u obzir garancijske zahteve za proizvode kupljene od van radnje I sajta.

BUDISLAVA Radnja ne pokriva:

• Defekti i oštećenja zbog gubitka, krađe, požara, vode ili prirodne katastrofe

• Neuspjeh ili oštećenje uzrokovano nepravilnim korištenjem ili bezbrižnošću (udarci, udovi, suze, drobljenje, oštećenja tokom nepravilnog čišćenja ili peglanja itd.)

• Neuspjeh ili oštećenje uzrokovano neopravdanim popravkama ili modifikacijama

• Estetske promene koje se javljaju tokom normalnog habanja i starenja.
